Igor Shubin, the Mayor of Perm, is participating in the 3rd Russian-French Colloquium on the development of cooperation between territories in the sphere of innovations.

The colloquium is taking place in Strasburg, November 26-27. Among participants of the forum there are senior officials of more than a dozen of Russian cities and regions.
The work of the forum is organized in the form of plenary meetings and panel sessions. at the panel "Innovation as a tool of sustainable development of territories" the Mayor of Perm will report on the "Long-term planning aimed at sustainable development of cities".
